How to include more protein, cleaner protein in your meals.

A great goal to aim for is to eat at least 20-30 grams of protein at each meal High protein foods include eggs, chicken breasts, lean beef and fish that are not commercially raised.  Rather choose sources (when you can) from pasture raised chickens, beef or wild marine sources like mussels, clams (can’t be farmed) and… best way to eat more protein is to make sure it’s on your plate!

Start with protein.  When you begin to consume your meal, consume the protein first, especially before any starchy foods.
